Who's Our Neighbor? | Deligracy's Tiny Town Challenge! 🏠 Sims 4 🧁 Beatrice Jam (Pink) - Episode 2

I'm back with the next episode of the all-new Tiny Town Challenge created by @deligracy!

In the first episode, we started with Azure Hue and finished her part of the challenge. In this week's episode, we're moving on to Beatrice Jam! Watch as we encounter more crazy shenanigans on our quest to complete Bea's part of the challenge!

A few notes -
🟢I'm using a residential lot and each played member moves out and then back in with the roommates system that comes with University. (The rental system is too laggy & full of bugs that ruin gameplay)
🟢I started by making my own Azure, but with Beatrice, I'm sticking with Deli's. I honestly may just keep her for all of them from here on out.
🟢I chose to keep the inheritance from the phone call, whereas Deligracy chose to refuse it. I have each sim donate $10,000 simoleons at the end of their part of the challenge, so I figure it all balances out. (Since its happened twice at this point, I’ll probably not deal with it again anyway, its kinda played out lol)
🟢Each of my sims must complete the aspiration and their assigned skill in addition to their building of their home/lot.
🟢At this point, I'm not using a randomizer to decide my sim - I'm kinda just following Deli's order.
🟢I removed the dragon fruit Azure planted in episode1 because they sell for $1200 lol and that’s too much of an advantage, i think.
🟢I changed settings to turn off aging so Frank Stem doesn’t die of old age before I get to him 😂 i also increased season length just a little but not sure if I’ll keep it that way.
🟢Im keeping the simple living lot trait but I removed the off the grid trait. It was too much extra stuff to keep up with and isn’t relevant to this challenge. I did keep the solar panels and dew catchers to help with utility bills.
