My First EBIKE Ride as a SENIOR - What a WILD Ride! Electric Bikes for Seniors are Life Changing!

I am a senior, 61 years old, and I took my first ebike ride. Ihad always wanted to try electric bikes but was a little scared. I didn't know if ebikes for seniors existed and she wanted to make sure she chose an electric bike that would be safe and comfortable for her. After a tutorial on everything about the ebike I was up and riding. It took a little getting used to the throttle on the electric bicycle and figuring out how much or little to push it. Also, the sixthreezero Simple Step Thru EBike I rode had five levels of pedal assist. I tried all five levels of the pedal assist and I must say level one is more than enough power for flat ground riding. Level five is very powerful, as a senior over 60 I don't think I'll need level five too often. Maybe for big hills. This e bike for seniors has a 500 watt rear hub motor and a 10.4 amp hour battery. I was told it can last up to 50 miles on a single charge and also hit top speeds of 20mph by just using the throttle. The really cool thing about this electric bike that I loved as a senior was the riding position and the low step through frame. You can get on and off very easily because of how low the step through height of the frame is. Also, the riding position is very ergonomic with your back upright and your arms relaxed. I wanted to try something that wouldn't be too hard on my body for longer e bike rides. This electric bike is perfect for seniors, it was so much fun. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an e bike over the age of 60.
