How I get a Spell Caster to maps IN LESS THAN 4 HOURS! - Play With Me

In this video, Zizaran showcases how to get a second character ready for maps in just under 4 hours.
This method works for any spell caster build, but it is going to become a Forbidden Rite Hierophant with Totems.
This obviously includes some leveling gear, obtainable for under 10 chaos orbs.
