A walkthrough of my build of the ultimate realistic wire tree.

This isn't a quick build, so if you're after a whole forest then you can simplify the process somewhat. But this wire frame tree is meant to be hyper-realistic - a showpiece, with vines and ivy and sculpted bark.

The joy of making realistic dioramas and scenery is found in focussing on the details. It's a meditative process. Take your time, absorb yourself in the finer aspects and you won't even notice time passing.

It would make a great centrepiece for a wargaming terrain table and it would add the wow factor to any model railway layout.

Many of the materials and tools I use come with safety instructions. Please always read and follow these rather than simply copy what you see me or other people doing.
