What a year 2015 was. It started with the “official” launch of Silver Linings, my 45th birthday and the celebration of 10 years cancer-free. It’s ending with a little girl sleeping on my shoulder, cuddled up on the couch. To say it’s been a roller coaster, would be putting it mildly. I have had some of the best moments of my life and some of the worst moments too!! What I got though is that friends and family really do make life and whatever you are dealing with so much easier. To sum up a year in a 3 minute song is virtually impossible. The attached is glimpse into our year. 2015 has seen a couple of plays (Adyson’s first), some piercings, the start of high school (by way of a very long commute), a couple lost teeth, a dog who eats lipstick, a few visits to Florida, family moving here, separation, Landmark education, lots of yoga, dating, growing and so much more. I’m learning to let go and trust that all will be okay. This is not easy for someone who desires to control everything but growth only comes when we’re challenged. I hope 2016 will be filled with much love, happiness and health for all.
