Today I want to share with you how to make WAFER PAPER ROSES.
They are quick and fun to make.
I used thick wafer paper for edible print.

Here is the recipe for the gel:
60 ml water
10 g powdered gelatin
2 tbsp glycerin
Mix cold water and gelatin. Leave it to soak for 5 min. Heat it up in the microwave, so the gelatin dissolves. Add glycerin and stir.
