Hey friends!

My husband decided to join me in today's video. He's more of a slipknot, deftness, Korn kinda guy. So I thought it would be fun to get his opinion on something he doesn't normally listen to. He was also extremely nervous, I usually can't get him to be quiet!

As for the song, it rings true for me on a lot of different levels, and I'm glad that it's been generating a lot of discussion around mental health.
