Ingredients:
Appam recipe :
* Dosa rice - 1 cup
* Fresh coconut - 3/4 cup
* Cooked white rice - 1/2 cup
* Yeast - 1 tsp
* Sugar - 1 tbsp
* Warm water - 1/2 cup (to activate yeast)
* Salt - 1 tsp
* Water at grind & adjust consistency (add gradually)

Chicken sukka recipe :
Chicken marination :
* Chicken - 1 kg
* Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
* Chilly powder - 1 tsp
* Salt - 1 tsp
Masala ingredients:
* Red dry chilly - 7-8
* Methi seed (fenugreek) - 1/4 tsp
* Coriander seed - 2.5 tbsp
* Cumin (jeera) - 1/2 tsp
* Black pepper - 1 tsp
* Green elaichi (cardamom) - 2
* Dalchini - small piece
* Lavang (clove) - 4-5
* Garlic - 3 tbsp
Coconut mixture ingredients :
* Curry leaves
* Fresh coconut - 1 cup
Chicken sukka preparation:
* Ghee - 3 tbsp
* Few curry leaves
* Onion - 2 big, finely chopped
*Tomato - 1 big, finely chopped
* Water - 1/4 cup
* Tamarind (imli)- small lemon size
* Salt as per the taste
* Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
