In an exclusive interview on #InBusinessTV, Mr George Themistocleous, Managing Partner, CEO of #RSMCyprus, shared his insights on the question, "As the industry evolves, what key discussions and insights can stakeholders anticipate regarding future trends and challenges?"

In response to the abovementioned question, Mr Themistocleous said, "Our industry is changing and evolving a lot, and there are some key factors that we need to consider in the next years to move forward and face these trends and challenges. In my opinion, one of the most important factors we need to consider is the continuous #technological #development that reshapes our business. Another factor is the development of our talents, meaning attracting, retaining and developing these top talents in a very competitive market. I can also mention the changes in the different #regulations and the client's expectations, which are increasingly demanding. Finally, #cybersecurity is another very important issue to consider, for example, the increase in #cyberthreats and #data leaks we have in our industry. In conclusion, I would say we need to move forward and face the challenges we will have in the next years in our industry."
