In this video tutorial I'll show you how to save a JPEG file in Illustrator CS6.

Launch the Adobe Illustrator CS6. Go to the "File" menu and choose the "Export" option from the drop-down menu.

In the appeared window select the JPEG file format from the "Save as type" menu. Click on "Use Artboard" if you'd only like to save the contents within the artboard.

Then press the "Save" button. In the following window set the JPEG options and press "OK". Close the Adobe Illustrator. Then right click on the saved JPEG file. Select the "Media Info" option.

As you can see, this file has been successfully saved as JPEG.
