#MBF is in the books! I just completed the 21 day program Muscle Burns Fat, and I'm excited to share my honest thoughts and results with you! Don't look too closely at my form, lol. BUT the important thing is, I kept going. I got stronger. And I'm excited for what's next on my journey to lose 100 pounds. 50 pounds down and 50 to go!

Hi! I'm Rachel.
I'm one year out from 40 and starting (or restarting) my weight loss journey...
It would seem I overlooked myself in my thirties and ended up gaining 100 pounds!
I'm hoping to start this new decade in better health (making my 40s a redeeming decade).

I'm a busy wife and mom of three boys trying to figure out how to balance mom life...and well, life-life.
