I wanted to do something to give back, to be able to stand up and say "you are not alone" in your mental health journey. Whether it is a struggle or a breeze at present, those peaks and valleys do not define you and you are worthy of love and support, no matter where you may be in your journey. In honor of Suicide Awareness Month and in honor of those lost, who I wish I could have told all of this to, thank you for existing. Thank you staying and the world is better because you're here. Because you exist.
