Some have defined these energy centers as their own 'minor' chakras associated with the Throat ‘primary' chakra.

✨In this practice, we will focus on each of these areas, cleansing, clearing and re-balancing them with specific frequencies. I've personally interpreted their representation in vibration form in the list below:

Throat tuning fork - Thyroid Gland and parathyroid gland
Throat chime - Larynx and esophagus
