Incredible. Just incredible. Back in 2017 I bought my RED DSMC2 Raven and was amazing how compact the camera was with the 4K RAW quality I was getting, fast forward to 2023 and now the ‪@Google‬ Pixel 7 Pro together paired with the free app MotionCam, you're able to record 12-bit 4K RAW video in Cineon Log up to 60p using the full sensor (open gate), pixel binning or anamorphic modes to CinemaDNG or using a paid addon also convert to Prores 4444 directly on the smartphone.

These are my first test walking back from my lunchbreak today. Shot handheld, nothing more than my hands. If I would shoot new footage I would probably turn off the OIS and EIS and use a gimbal or tripod instead. The 1x camera and the 5x telephoto zoom looks so beautiful and the amount of dynamic range achieved by the RAW data from the sensor is literary incredible!!

The footage was transfered from the phone to a Windows desktop, imported to ‪@BlackmagicDesignOfficial‬ Resolve Studio 18, IDT transformed to ACEScc, graded and then ODT transformed to sRGB color space.
