Adventure and Travel needn't always be visiting exotic and far-flung places. Often, close to home the most impactful adventures are to be had. It rides on one's mentality, intention, curiosity and ultimately, your lust for life.

Situated 40min from my hometown (Brenton-on-Sea, South Africa) is this ancient and stunning guided trail set between the Robberg Nature Reserve and Garden Route National Park. What touched me the most was the purity and impact of connection to this pristine coastal landscape as we were guided by the Royal Inqua Chief, Justin Barnado, into his clan's own ancestral land. For me this is one of the most beautiful, and meaningful, day-hikes along South Africa's coast.
