In Palestine, when the entire Europe stood united against him, Salahuddin Ayyubi defeated their kings. Among the captives was the cruel Reynald of Chatillon – the enemy who attacked Madinah and the pilgrims’ caravan.

Salahuddin Ayyubi (RA) invited him to Islam, but Reynald refused. Then he fulfilled his oath:
👉 “I had sworn to cut off your neck with my own hands… and today a servant of Muhammad ﷺ has come to carry out that duty.”

💙Sultan Salahuddin Ayyubi history:
Salah ad-Din Yusuf ibn Ayyub (1137–1193), famously known as Sultan Salahuddin Ayyubi, was a legendary Muslim leader, warrior, and statesman. Born in Tikrit, he rose from a military commander to the founder of the Ayyubid Dynasty. He united Egypt and Syria under Sunni rule and is best remembered for defeating the Crusaders at the Battle of Hattin (1187) and liberating Jerusalem with justice, mercy, and wisdom. His leadership, humility, and chivalry earned him respect from both Muslims and even his enemies.
