About stepping out of a familiar space, like my quiet little EP Bed & Breakfast + Fucking Wine, hoping to find something new, maybe even love.

But instead, I walked straight into another web of lies. The song traces that feeling of being gullible all over again, ending up back in my room, drenched in embarrassment, sinking into the quiet shame of knowing.

I did it to myself, again. But it made me understand that when you lose something,you gain something too.

And this time, it’s ‘The Perfect Opening’ to my new self.
