Fun for Gujaratis is back with success and motivational story of Mansinhbhai Patel, the founder of Asia’s Largest Dairy named Dudhsagar Dairy or The Mehsana District Cooperative Milk Producers' Union Ltd. Mansinhbhai Prithviraj Patel was born on 15th November in the village Charada of Vijapur Taluka. He played significant role in passing the bill for establishment of Gujarat University. Today, Dudhsagar Dairy is a member of the state-level Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation, Anand and is the largest dairy in Asia, processing on an average 1.41 million kilograms of milk each day. It has established a network for procuring milk from 450,000 milk producers through 1150 village milk cooperatives. Verghese Kurien of Amul also had high regards for Mansinhbhai Patel.
