JK Rowling once said in an interview:
"Now the fact is that Hermione shares moments with Harry that Ron will never be able to participate in. He walked out. She shared something very intense with Harry. So I think it could have gone that way."

This video is very much inspired by that thought. In the video Harry and Hermione have this moment, a very real and open moment, and Ron stumbles in on it. Harry has always been the 'nice guy' the one that stands by and watches his best girl friend swoon over a boy who has never seen her for what she truly is, a wonderful and beautiful, smart and caring person. He finally confronts her, and he confesses that he has 'known for a while', Harry figures he has stood by long enough, he understands that by now Ron has had his chance, and wants Hermione to understand this too. Hermione isn't sure what to do at first, she has always had feelings for Ron, but what Harry says is true, and she can't deny it. After, Ron accuses her, he storms out, she stays behind with Harry. And when Ron shows back up later to apologize, she tells him the hard truth. His apology 'changes nothing.' She thinks about what Harry said, and how Harry and Ron have treated her over the years, and how she and Harry have many things in common- one of my favorite parts of the video. And the more that Ron thinks about it, the more he to realizes that he has missed his chance, that it has been Harry over the years who has been there for Hermione, not himself and while he decides to stay around to help finish the quest he started with them, he is overwhelmed by the fact that he lost someone very special- another favorite moment of mine. The video ends with him thinking about the fight he had when he stormed out, and realizes again how nothing he does can change how things turned out.

The clips in color are the current ones, the ones that happened within the last few months before Ron confronts Hermione and Harry, the black and white are memories from Ron and Hermione's point of view. Hermione's point of view has small purple designs in the top right corner and bottom left, just in case anyone got confused ;)

I would love to know what you think of this! I am really proud of this, it is one of my most favorite videos and favorite songs.

I would also like to apologize for the delay in-between uploads. I switched which computer I use to vid and none of my old clips worked, so I had to find a way to convert the ones that I could, rip the others (until WinX Ripper changed it's policy and wouldn't let me finish ripping my HP DVD's) and then find a copy of GOF that worked... my next video is currently in the works now.
