The moment her fascia said yes.
No screaming. No forcing. Just fascia unwinding — one sacred yawn at a time.

In this clip, my left hand is on her heart center.
My right hand rests behind her heart, over the rhomboids —
the area where we quietly store unspoken grief, unseen labor,
and the belief that we have to hold it all together.

But we don’t. Not anymore.

“I don’t need to try so hard.”
“My essence is enough.”
“I can be responsible… but it doesn’t have to be heavy.”
“When you feel heavy — that’s often when we’re carrying emotional loads.”

🌀 And then… she yawns.
A parasympathetic release.
The body says: “I feel safe now. I can let go.”

This is what happens when the nervous system shifts from fight or flight into rest and receive.
No performance. No pushing. Just presence.

✨ Come as you are.
✨ Be held.
✨ Let go.
Your body will show us when it’s ready.
