ALAMO LAKE….Free Camping at one of the BEST Fishing Lakes in Arizona!!

Alamo Lake is a Premier a fishing lake in Arizona 2.5 hours north of Phoenix… but you would never guess you were that close to a huge City. As you drive the 38 miles off the main road it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere! Alamo lake is also known to be a Bald Eagle 🦅 Breeding zone but we were not lucky enough to spot any eagles. We did, however, see lots of other wildlife and plenty of waterfowl. Be sure to bring your toys to this destination and be prepared to stay the full 14 days.
