The Cleveland Cavaliers and Oklahoma City Thunder faced off in a battle of two one seeds, the best offense vs the best defense, a potential NBA finals preview, and featuring plenty of star power with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Donovan Mitchell, Jalen Williams, Evan Mobley, Jarrett Allen, Darius Garland, and others. The game was hyped up as game of the year and a historic matchup. It ended up as one of the best regular season games in a long time with the game going back and forth until the final buzzer and the Cavs coming out on top. It was an amazing matchup that could be even better in June as the NBA Finals with Chet Holmgren back into the lineup and it was a showcase of just how good basketball can be. Let's talk about it.
