Take a tour of a Modular 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Home that we built in Ware Massachusetts. This home has 1705 square feet and features an open concept floorplan in the Kitchen, Livingroom & Dining Room that is perfect for entertaining. The master bedroom is a large size with a 36" door. This bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a bathroom that includes a walk-in shower and the Washer & Dryer with cabinetry above. The kitchen has an island with additional cabinets and a spot for stools to have extra seating for your guests. It also has a Mud room off the back of the house that includes a large pantry. There are two additional Bedrooms on the opposite end from the Master Bedroom and 1 full bathroom. In the tour you'll notice the large space in the basement.
