Aussies love the Lamington. Simple cake of sponge coated in Strawberry Sauce as in this case & rolled in desiccated coconut.
In this video we will make the sponge but if there is not time just buy a sponge at local bakery.
Remember home made is better than store bought.
In this video I used Strawberry topping which works great but other recipes use a jelly. I find you get better results for Strawberry Lamington using a topping.
