The soundtrack for this boss is one of if not my favorite in the game, and I was surprised to see nothing on YouTube giving it an extended showcase. I wanted to be able to listen to it outside of the fight, and while I don't have the knowledge of how to get the music directly, a lengthier boss fight with everything else turned down to 0? That I can do, although no sound cues threw me off way more than I was expecting. I may go back in there to get a more natural-sounding ending (you can see me trying to let the final loop play out before killing but for whatever reason he just dies lol), but the boss being able to go invulnerable and mess up the timing is pretty annoying.

The point of this is mostly just to give the music a chance to shine so I didn't put much thought into the build. I do love Godsplitter even if its numbers are a bit lacking, and it has a unique interaction with Burden of the Gambler as well, being the only weapon in the game that can still score weakspot hits with it equipped (not even Deceit works this way). The "optimal" version of this build would swap Black Cat Band for Bisected Ring, Edgelord for Overdrive, and Matriarch's Insignia for Butcher's Fetish.

Overall my gameplay was also pretty sloppy (he bugged out into the wall too lmfao). I'm also not nearly as familiar with this boss as Annihilation, so I got caught off-guard quite a few times by an attack I wasn't expecting (hence the heavier armor to make things a little more forgiving.

Finally, though the fight itself wasn't the main focus here, I did originally want to go for a pure melee kill. However, the boss heals for each enemy left alive after that phase, and realistically the fight would just end up going on forever so I just used Miasma to wipe them out.
