Or, would to buy from a salesperson who was more expensive, but was warm & confident, giving options of other 🚘, building #rapport & gaining your #trust.

It was an interesting exercise…

It made me consider how unscrupulous 🖨 #suppliers in our industry, lure people with cheap prices, then increase them constantly, whilst introducing extra charges along the way.

So, I ask a similar question. Would you:

🅰 Buy off a 🖨 salesperson who's cheap. But has complex terms. Will not fix their price or guarantee no extra charges & won’t let you leave without financial penalties, if the service is poor. Making you feel unsure whether to trust them.

Or, would you:

🅱 Buy off a 🖨 salesperson who has a fair price & guarantees the price will not increase, with no extra charges. Has honest & simple terms, that let you leave without financial penalty for poor service. Filling you with trust, #certainty & peace of mind.

Try it for your #business. You can probably make this work for almost any #industry & #profession.

And you can use it to expose unscrupulous suppliers in your industry.
