Gram Dal / Chana Dal : 1 cup
Water : as required
Garlic cloves : 4 Nos
Ginger : 1 inch
Green chilli : 1 No
Citric acid : 1/2 tsp
Sugar : 1 tsp
Besan : 2 tsp
Peanut oil : 2 tsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Eno : 1 tsp
Water : 2-3 tsp

Tadka :
Oil, mustard seeds, green chilli, curry leaves & Hing
Coriander leaves & grated coconut : for garnish
