Strawberry Sauce
400g strawberries
1\3cup sugar (syrup part)
juice of 1 1\2 lemon
3\4 cup sugar
Flan
2 cans condensed milk
2 cups cream 35%
5 eggs
11/2 " vanilla bean or 1 tbsp extract or 1 tsp paste
Strawberry topping
100g sliced fresh strawberries
