I've uploaded many versions of Jekyll & Hyde to this channel, and they're all good in different ways. This one sticks out to me because of James Bryce's performance in the role of Mr Hyde. These days it's become quite standard to have Hyde as a growling, ominous hulk - but Bryce very much conveys the character as originally conceived, a fussy little goblin of a man - and heard today this back-to-basics interpretation has become refreshingly different...
