This light requires a USB-C Power Delivery 100 watt power adapter to use the "Boost" (80 watt) mode. You can use the regular (65Watt) mode or the "quiet" (45 watt) mode without a power adapter off of the built in 72Wh battery. The package includes a long USB-C PD cable, but not a power adapter, which you need to provide yourself to charge the lamp or use the boost mode.

It charges fastest from a 100 watt PD supply, but will charge from any USB-C port (at lower power for lower power adapters). It can charge when turned off at 10 watts from a standard USB-A 5 volt USB port with an A to C cable.

The lamp has a relatively simple user interface, where you can pick the color temperature (27K-65K) and intensity using a click-wheel. [It takes several spins of the wheel to go from 0 intensity up to 100 intensity.] It also has a few "special FX" modes such as simulated fire, lightning, flash photography, failing lightbulb, etc... And it has a few preset color temperatures based upon lighting type (sunlight, tungsten, model light, etc...)
The UI, although simple, has a lot of icons that are not explained unless you download the (online only) user manual, so you will definitely want to read the manual and play around with it for a while to understand what the UI is telling you. [For example, it took me a while to figure out that the center circle was the battery gauge, as it has no percentage indicator, and only has a lightning bolt when charging.]

There is a selector switch on the side to switch between 2.4Ghz to group similar Neewer lights by channel (so changing one light will control all the others on the same channel) or " Neewer Infinity Support" so that they light can be controlled via Bluetooth from the Neewer app. [The app lets you do anything you can do with the menu on the light, as well as save pre-set scenes and control multiple lights.] The app also updated my lamps firmware when I paired it with the light (although I didn't notice any new features with the upgrade).

The lamp itself has a bowens mount to attach accessories, and includes a mini-reflector as part of the package. There is a 1/4-20 mount on the bottom, and the package includes a desktop tripod / handle, as well as a grip handle that will convert the 1/4-20 socket to a regular lighting stand. The carry/storage bag is very nice, with foam cutouts to hold all the bits and keep the safe and organized.

Overall I was happy with the lamp, and feel the price was reasonable for what you get.
