St. Augustine Distillery Line Up and New Release review 0037

After the tour we had the distinct pleasure of sampling and reviewing their line up which included a brand new release that came out the day before! The Cognac Finished Bourbon! A great opportunity to talk whiskey, find out more about their process. How they keep things not only local but hyper local. Is there a Florida Style Bourbon? We even get to ask if were doing this nosing and tasting thing right. Overall, we had a blast, huge thanks to Will and Ric for their time and expertise. Highly recommend taking the tour, stop in and sample, support local and buy a bottle! Share and Comment!
