Children of the Sky acroyoga machine

Alex and I created this machine thinking of International Children's Day, and how to incorporate Child's pose (yoga) into some transitions.

As in the video:
0. Shin to Foot (S2F)
1. Reverse Back Bird on Hands (RBBoH)
2. Triceps to Foot
3. Bird on Hands (BoH)
4. S2F
Repeat or finish.

We used Shin to Foot and then the Flyer mimics a roly poly. We used Triceps to Foot (for a variation, Armpit to Foot works too). We like the Butterfly pose. The Bird and the Reverse Back Bird are on Hands, making this a short machine with the Flyer as close as an arm's length!
