Concerts of the Terra Sancta Organ Festival, organized by the Custody of the Holy Land, were held in Jordan and Lebanon in March. For the occasion, the 1927 American silent film "The King of Kings" about the Passion of Christ was presented, with live improvised musical commentary on the organ, as it was done in the early days of cinematography.

The invited organists were two experts in this musical genre: the Italians Fausto Caporali in Jordan and Antonio Di Dedda in Lebanon. For the first time, this masterpiece, ranked in the American Film Institute's "Top 10 Epic Films" list, was presented with Arabic captions specially produced by the Festival, thanks to the collaboration with the Italian Embassy in Amman and the Italian Cultural Institute in Beirut.

Director Terra Sancta Organ Festival
The Terra Sancta Organ festival takes place in all places where the holy land custody is present. in Lebanon it is called "SOL festival"- Semaine de l'Orgue au Liban- in co-production with Notre Dame School of Music University. This is also the only festival dedicated to the organ in Lebanon, so it is the only opportunity to hear this repertoire, which otherwise would be impossible to hear. It is also a contribution to the musical culture of Lebanon.
