This graph is actually a bit of a cheat, because actually one can show that it’s not possible to have matter at all in a universe with 5 infinite (i.e. non-compactified) dimensions because it’s not possible for any attractive force to form a bound-state (which is what an atom is, a bound state of particles, and what a material is, a bound-state of atoms). You might want to see a graph like this:
