Madagascar festival part 2 (Asking lady phone number, restaurant no water)

Many restaurants we go we cant wash hands...water is cut...they get delivered water in 20 liters jugs....but runs out...finally i was able to wash my hands before eating one of the worst fish ever lol...30+ flies around me while eating (thats in a video posted 1 month ago)

Beautiful blue dress made my eyes look at her from 20 meters away...decided to go say Hey...wrote my number on a paper because i knew once i reach there...many eyes will be on us (I aint a show man..if i want eyes on me its Only to talk against circumcision and bring awareness) so anyway the only second you see her she smiling..but at the end she wasnt smiling, it was akward...also i did NOT mean to have on camera..it was an accident....but no i wont blurr..its public space
