Welcome to a guided breathing session. In this session, we will be doing three rounds and 40 breath holds with increasing durations. Before starting, it is recommended that you sit or lie down to help you relax.

To begin, start with a warm-up round of conscious breathing. Focus your attention on your breath, inhaling through your nose into your belly, chest, and head, and exhaling through your mouth. Take your time and breathe at your own pace.

After the warm-up, move on to the first round. Start with slow, shallow breaths and gradually increase your pace and depth with each round. However, if you feel any discomfort, slow down or take a break.

Remember, the aim of this exercise is to make you feel good. The Wim Hof Breathing technique is designed to strengthen your immune system and alleviate symptoms of stress when performed correctly on a daily basis.

Here are the step-by-step instructions:

1. Inhale deeply through your nose or mouth into your belly, chest, and head in a circular motion, and then exhale naturally. Repeat this for 30-50 breaths.

2. On the final exhale of each round, hold your breath for the designated duration shown on the timer.

3. After the breath hold, inhale fully and hold your breath for 15 seconds before exhaling and starting again from the beginning.

4. Repeat each round, with the breath hold duration increasing gradually from 1 minute to 2:30 minutes.

Enjoy your breathing session and feel free to adjust the pace to suit your comfort level.
