The spark was a family need to stimulate and interest Scott's father who was suffering with dementia and being cared for by Scott's mother. His personal family journey led to the creation of a growing company focused on those who care for others.

Scott is an entrepreneur and CEO of ROS Therapy Systems. He developed his company to provide products and services to families and caregivers for individuals with cognitive and physical issues such as dementia and Parkinson's.
