I've said it before and I'll say it again - I'm so glad Jeff did his homework before we did the Chicago trip. I would have never imagined that the elevators at a huge, upscale hotel like this could go decades without getting modernized. The beautiful elevators are pretty much original from 1975, and still feature their now extremely rare touch sensitive buttons.
