In the bustling rhythm of our modern life, the importance of self-care often gets overshadowed by the myriad responsibilities we shoulder daily.
It wasn't easy bouncing back from my trip from Germany. I slept, rested to allow the gentle fresh start to my daily routines. I found inspiration creating dinner with sun ripened tomatoes from our farmers' market, Tomato Risotto and Tomato Carpaccio.
