In this video, Its over to Liz. Her 2016 Mk 2 Citroen C1 with the 1.2 litre petrol engine is due for a full service. Liz has never serviced a car before, so I talk her through what she needs to do. Considering that it is the first time that she has ever serviced a car, she did very well indeed. The tools used were all by Teng with the exception of the oil filter slip wrench, which was by Silverline. All items for the service kit (oil, filters etc) were locally sourced at a local motor factors store.
