Also known as the Dragon's Head and Dragon's Tail or the North and South Nodes, they are two parts of the same entity and therefore symbolism the same things - but in opposite directions. Rahu directs all of its symbolism outward, upward and towards the future, while Ketu directs all of its symbolism inward, downward and towards the past.
