Bloodborne Nightmare Kart - All Endings & Final Boss

I write this here from my experience about these endings in case something is bugged / updated later, I've been juggling around versions 1.00.0, .1 & .2 while going through this.

Submit Life Ending always seems to have the same outcome regardless on what NG/+++ you're playing on.

Refuse Ending (NG), played without the final boss fight (Also no Moon Shard)

Refuse Ending (NG+) Can't tell if this is exclusive to NG+, or if you need the 3 Moon Shards for it to trigger on NG (I did not have the 3 moon shards on NG+). it does ignore the NG Refuse Ending from playing when you're on NG+, at least for me.

On NG++ I found the 3 Moon Shards, but the ending kept the same. Moon Shards are findable in level 4 , 6 & 11.
