How to get into the Marley shape both high and low on the pole. The Marley is for almost EVERY level of poler! This gorgeous shape can be done from the floor or from up high. On static OR spin but I would recommend doing it on spin so you can see all the angles of this one. If you have done a Jasmine then you are ready to try this one out!
