HERBAL TEA BLEND RECIPES -
Relaxation Blend:
3 parts oatstraw
2 parts chamomile
2.5 parts spearmint
2 parts lemon balm

The Cold Busting Blend:
1 part nettle leaf
1 part catnip
1 part yarrow
1 part mullein leaf
2 parts peppermint (or spearmint)

Women's Remineralizing Blend:
4 parts nettle leaf
3 parts red raspberry leaf
1.5 parts red clover

The "Just Because I Feel Like it" Blend
1 part red raspberry leaf
1 part peppermint
.5 part rosebuds or petals
