Welcome to this beatiful 10 min beach workout. This is an intermediate-level workout but I challenge everyone to follow along as we work out at the beach! If you can be at the beach with me, GREAT! If not, picture yourself here as we listen to the waves and please don't mind my huffs and puffs. It was freaking hot!

In this workout, all you need is a mat or towel and your sexy self! Lets get to it!

The Workout
45 Seconds Work, 15 Seconds Rest
1. Jumping Jacks
2. Squat
3. Butt Kick
4. Inchworks
5. Step Back Lunges
6. Step Back Burpees
7. Push Ups
8. Up/Down Plank
9. Russian Twists
10. Mountain Climbers
