Can I get this victorian dress to fit me? *Chalkawalka*

This dress was a 3x and I needed to size it down to a 16-18 so I could wear it in my studios upcoming Nutcracker performance as Frau Stahlbaum. It was a little tricky sizing it down and making sure I can move my arms. I'm still not sure if I did the arms right...maybe it would have been better to make them shorter and shorten the curve at the top. What did I do instead? Well, you'll have to watch the video to find out!
