10 eggs
Flour(5 cups approximately 600g)
Sugar(4TBSP/ 88g.)
Butter(100g)
Evaporated milk (100mls/ 1/2 cup)
Salts ( 1 teaspoon) optional
Baking powder(1/2tablebspoon)
Nutmeg/Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
Egg ( 1 medium to large)
Water(150 -200mls depending on your flour type)
Vegetable oil for frying(1 to 2 litres)
Fry in fairly hot oil until golden brown

Flour(2 1/ 2 cups approximately 300g)
Sugar(2TBSP/)
Butter(50g)
Evaporated milk (50mls)
Salts ( 1/2 teaspoon)
Baking powder(1 teaspoon)
Nutmeg/Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon)
Egg ( 1 medium to large)
Water(75 -100mls depending on your flour type)
Vegetable oil for frying(1 litres)
Fry in fairly hot oil until golden brown
