You probably noticed that many of your favorite websites now feature a banner with a call to action to tell your representative that you want them to oppose CISPA. It's good to see the Internet Defense League and major sites banding together again to fight for privacy.

But how many times does this make it that people have had to push back against CISPA, SOPA, PIPA, and other bills that seem like well-intentioned security measures, but actually contain language that would allow major breaches in privacy and freedom on the web as a whole? Tim Frisch and I discuss the rehash after rehash of the fight, with different takes on the situation.
