While the Sugar and Oil may not really be a part of all items of Our Food, but this Common Item is a part of almost all of our Food/Meal items. AND still not all diet counselors are really bothered about regulating its use.
This is ONE item, which if consumed in excess of 5g a day may cause water to be retained within the body and hence Weight Loss may become difficult. This is the Item which if used in excess of 5g makes the us more thirsty and makes us drink more water and hence makes it difficult for us to lose weight. This is the item which if consumed in excess of 5g a day may make us more hungry and hence our Calorie intake become larger and thus, it makes our Weight Loss difficult. If you consume it lesser than 3g a day then also it may cause imbalance of chemicals and nutrients within the Body.
This is Our Common Salt. The White Table Salt.
The consumption of Common Salt needs to be regulated. 1 Table spoon weighs about 10g as shown in this Video. So, half a Tea Spoon during the Whole day per person is what is allowable for Good Food for Good Health.
