In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how-to filter specific activities on a record timeline in HubSpot.

In HubSpot, you can filter out activities by choice of type of activities, by the users and teams.

Steps to follow:

1. Navigate to your records. Click the name of a record.

2. In the middle panel, in the Activity tab, click the Filter activity dropdown menu.

3. To include an activity type on the timeline, select the corresponding checkbox. Select the checkbox to select all activity types.

4. To filter engagement activities owned by specific users or teams, click the All Users or All teams dropdown menus and select a user or team.

5. If included in your selected activity types, the timeline will show any associated notes, tasks, calls, emails, or meetings owned by the chosen users or teams.

6. For faster filtering, click the Notes, Emails, Calls, Tasks, and Meetings tabs in the middle panel to see only the respective activity types.
